We will arrange it as shown in image and attach with a balloon weight.
Best combination of upgrading using 2-5 helium balloons.
This arrangement is applicable for standard size round balloons only.
Unable to combine with any jumbo balloon as the weight is not heavy enough.
Height can be adjust from 1.6 metre to 1.8 metre and it is perfect for placing on the floor or stage.
