- Cancelled, refunded or invalid orders
When Will I Receive My Reward Credits?
Reward Release
Pending Reward Credits become available 3 days after your selected Delivery or Pickup Date.
Reward Validity
Available Reward Credits remain valid for 365 days from their release date.
Delivery Fee Rules
Delivery charges do not earn credits, but available Reward Credits may be used to offset a delivery fee.
How to Use Your Reward Credits
- Log in to your Harvest Well customer account.
- Add at least S$50 of eligible products to your cart.
- Proceed through online checkout and select your Delivery or Store Pickup details.
- View your available Reward Credit balance during checkout.
- Choose how much to redeem from your available balance.
- Complete your purchase and enjoy the savings.
You may use part or all of your available balance, subject to the eligible order value and current programme rules. Any unused balance remains in your account until it is used or expires.

Which checkout methods qualify for Reward Credits?
Eligible online orders placed through Customer Account Checkout or Express Checkout may qualify for Reward Credits. Warehouse Walk-in, Call to Order and staff-created POS orders are not eligible.
Why should I place my order online?
Online ordering lets you shop anytime, choose Delivery or Store Pickup details and earn Reward Credits on eligible purchases. You may use either Customer Account Checkout or Express Checkout.
Do I need a Harvest Well account?
A registered customer account is required to view, manage and redeem Reward Credits. Express Checkout orders may qualify for earning rewards subject to the current programme rules and customer identification requirements.
Do I need a coupon code?
No. Available Reward Credits are shown automatically during online checkout when you are logged in.
How do I check my Reward Credit balance?
Log in to your Harvest Well account and open My Reward Credits to view available, pending, used and expired rewards.
Why are my Reward Credits pending?
Pending Reward Credits are released 3 days after your selected Delivery or Pickup Date.
Why did I not earn rewards on my full order value?
Your order may contain delivery charges or reward-excluded products. Reward Credits are calculated only from the eligible product value.
Can I combine Reward Credits earned from different orders?
Yes. Available Reward Credits remain in your account and may be used together before their respective expiry dates.
Can I transfer Reward Credits to another customer?
No. Harvest Well Reward Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Can I use Reward Credits together with promotions?
Generally yes, unless the terms of a particular promotion state otherwise.
Can I earn new Reward Credits after redeeming credits?
Yes. New Reward Credits are calculated from the remaining eligible product amount after your Reward Credit deduction.
What happens if my order is cancelled or refunded?
Reward Credits associated with a cancelled, refunded or adjusted order may be cancelled, reduced or recalculated accordingly.
Will redeeming Reward Credits affect my Free Delivery?
No. If your original order qualifies for Free Delivery before the Reward Credit deduction, Free Delivery remains valid.
