Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with Harvest Well Balloon & Party Supplies, customers agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

All orders are subject to product availability and receipt of full payment. An order will only be processed after payment has been confirmed.

AMENDMENT OF ORDER

Requests to amend an order after it has been placed are subject to review and approval by Harvest Well.

Order amendments include, but are not limited to:

• Increasing or reducing product quantities
• Adding or removing products
• Changing balloon colours, designs or other product selections
• Changing delivery or pickup details
• Changing the delivery address
• Other changes to an existing order

Requests to reduce quantities or remove products may affect the order value and may be subject to applicable cancellation, administration or processing charges.

Where an approved amendment increases the order value, any additional amount must be paid before the amended order can be processed.

Amendments may not be possible once preparation, customization, printing, packing or delivery processing has started.

Customers should contact Harvest Well as soon as possible with their order number and the requested changes. An amendment is only confirmed after it has been reviewed and approved by Harvest Well.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation within 14 days from the order date will incur a cancellation, administration and processing fee of 50% or a minimum of S$10.00, whichever amount is higher.

Customized products, personalized balloons and printed banners are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable once production has started.

All cancellation requests are subject to review and confirmation by Harvest Well. An order is not considered cancelled until the cancellation has been confirmed by Harvest Well.

POSTPONEMENT OF ORDER

Customers may request to postpone the scheduled delivery or pickup date of an existing order.

Postponement requests must be submitted by email at least 3 days before the scheduled delivery or pickup date.

Approved postponed orders must be utilized within 3 months from the original order date.

Requests made less than 3 days before the scheduled delivery or pickup date may incur 100% cancellation charges.

All postponement requests are subject to review and approval by Harvest Well.

CREDIT NOTE POLICY

An approved cancellation may be issued as a credit note instead of a cash refund.

Credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and are non-transferable.

DELIVERY & PICKUP

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the recipient or an authorized person is available during the selected delivery or pickup time slot.

Additional charges may apply for re-delivery, incorrect or incomplete addresses, restricted locations, unsuccessful delivery attempts or additional waiting time.

Customers are required to check all balloons and products upon delivery or collection.

Once the items have been checked, accepted and handed over, Harvest Well will not be responsible for subsequent damage, burst balloons, deflation or mishandling.

BALLOON FLOAT TIME

Balloon float time may vary depending on weather, temperature, air-conditioning, transportation, balloon size, material and handling conditions.

Any float duration provided by Harvest Well is an estimated guide only and is not guaranteed.

HELIUM TANK & EQUIPMENT RENTAL

All rented equipment, including helium gas tanks, electronic balloon pumps and confetti launchers, must be handled carefully and in accordance with the provided safety and operating instructions.

Customers are responsible for any loss, damage or misuse of rented equipment during the rental period.

Harvest Well and its personnel shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss or malfunction arising from the improper use, handling or misuse of rented equipment.

SAFETY NOTICE

Helium tanks must always be stored upright in a cool, well-ventilated area and away from heat sources.

Do not inhale helium gas directly.

Adult supervision is recommended when balloons are used around young children.

PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

Actual balloon colours, sizes and arrangements may vary slightly from product photographs due to lighting, screen display, printing and material differences.

Where certain materials or components become unavailable, Harvest Well reserves the right to substitute them with suitable items of similar value where appropriate.
