1. Why my Credit or Debit card payment rejected at PayPal Site. 

Payments is not being able to be processed by PayPal.
For this issue, one of the reasons why payment is not being able to be processed is because the payment is being blocked by the card issuer (bank).
Alternatively buyers will need to contact their card issuer and speak to the Online Authorization department and inform them that they would like to make payment via PayPal and then attempt to make the payment.
Buyers can also contact local PayPal customer support depending on their country if they need any clarification and assistance regarding this issue.
