Q: What is your delivery fee?
A: Islandwide delivery starts from $25. Free delivery available for eligible orders above the minimum spending requirement.

Q: Can I select delivery date and time?
A: Yes, you can select your preferred delivery or pickup date during checkout.

Q: Do you provide setup service?
A: Most online balloon orders are delivered ready-made and do not include setup. Decoration packages with setup service will be stated in the product page.

Q: Can I change my delivery date after placing order?
A: Yes, date and time changes are allowed subject to availability.

Q: How long do helium balloons last?
A: 12 inch latex balloons usually float around 8 hours. Foil balloons can last several days. Hi-Float treatment is available for selected latex balloons.

Q: Does helium balloon price include helium inflation and ribbon?
A: Yes, our helium balloon prices include helium inflation and attached ribbon unless otherwise stated.

Q: Do you sell balloon bouquets?
A: Yes, we offer balloon bouquets for birthdays, surprises, weddings and all occasions.

Q: Can I customize balloons with name or logo?
A: Yes, we provide personalized balloons and logo balloon printing services.

A: We provide helium gas tanks for rental only.

Q: What helium tank sizes are available?
A: We offer several tank sizes from small portable tanks to large commercial tanks for events and business use.

Q: Can helium tanks be delivered?
A: Yes, delivery and collection service is available for selected tank sizes.

Q: How many balloons can a helium tank inflate?
A: Estimated quantity based on standard 12 inch latex balloons:

Small Tank: 30 – 35 balloons
Medium Tank: 50 – 60 balloons
Large Tank: 300 – 400 balloons
