Harvest Well was helpful from the "consultation", answering many questions and taking me through the buy process, choose color palette, and how to best customize the package to what we need for our event. Website was easy to navigate with lots of date/time slots for delivery. Actual delivery on day of event was punctual and the one man crew was able to quickly set things up and give practical suggestions on placement.

Fun experience with balloons

We loved the ballon decorations. Our guests loved it too, especially the balloon arch and everyone asked where we got them. A pity only 5 people could attend my son’s 21st birthday but the balloons livened up the entire atmosphere. The delivery was prompt, giving lots of time to set up before guests arrived. From ordering to delivery, the service we encountered was first class. Staff called personally and made recommendations that suited the occasion. They were flexible and accommodating. Overall, a great experience and glad we chanced upon their website. Will order again when occasion permits! Highly recommended.

How long do helium latex balloons float?
Standard 12-inch helium latex balloons typically float for approximately 8 to 10 hours under normal indoor conditions.

Can I make my balloons float longer?
Yes. We recommend adding Hi-Float treatment to latex balloons. Hi-Float coats the inside of the balloon and helps reduce helium loss, significantly extending the floating time. It is recommended for events lasting several hours or when balloons need to be prepared in advance.

Does the price include helium gas?
Yes. Our helium latex balloon prices include helium gas inflation and ribbon attachment unless otherwise stated.

Can I choose my balloon colours?
Yes. Most helium latex balloon products allow you to choose your preferred colours. If no colours are selected, we will prepare a balanced assortment for you.

Can I collect my balloons from your showroom?
Yes. Self-collection is available from our Ubi showroom. Delivery service is also available throughout Singapore.
